Disney Dream Cruise: Dinner Day 3; The Royal Palace
For dinner our third and final night on-board, we ate at the Royal Palace—inspired by the Disney princesses’ and their loves.
I started with a spinach and cheese souffle and Belle’s french onion soup. My entree was horseradish and bread encrusted salmon with swiss chard and cauliflower puree. Dessert was a delicious Tahitian vanilla creme brulee. Yummy!
The food while on the cruise was so good—not at all what I was expecting!
Disney Dream Cruise: Dinner Day 2; Enchanted Garden
For dinner our second night on-board, we ate at the Enchanted Garden—inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Of all the meals we had on-board, this was by far my favorite!
Every restaurant we were at on-board had it’s own menu, and you choose something from each of the following categories: appetizer, soup and salad, entree, and dessert.
I started with lobster and cheese ravioli in a light tomato sauce, followed by a cream of asparagus soup with crab meat. They were both so delicious! My entree was caramelized sea scallops (yum!) with asparagus and some kind of pasta that I’ve never had before; it was similar to quinoa or cous cous, but bigger and puffier (if that makes sense). Finally, for dessert I had a banana fosters sundae. I was stuffed—everything was so good! I love seafood, so this meal was right up my alley.
